MBA offers benefits to all full-time employees. Benefits include:

  • Medical Insurance-please call our office and we will be happy to send you the insurance forms required to sign up. Covered benefits include: hospital room & board, nursing services, physician services, surgical services, xrays, ambulance fees, outpatient services, home health care & more.
  • Paid Holidays-you are eligible after you have completed 13 consecutive weeks of employment at MBA. The paid holidays are:
  • Thanksgiving Day,
    Christmas Day,
    New Year’s Day,
    Memorial Day,
    Labor Day &
    the Fourth of July.

    You are required to work the day immediately before and after the holiday to qualify for holiday pay. It is your responsibility to save your pay stubs to give our office to assist us in calculating time worked.

  • Vacation Pay–you are eligible after you have completed working 1900 consecutive hours. Your vacation pay will be for one weeks average pay.

Be sure to save your pay stubs so we may calculate your vacation pay.

  • Referral Bonus-earn from $50.00 to $500.00 by referring qualified applicants who are subsequently by MBA.
  • Office Automation Training- because MBA has an Info Tech division on site we are always up to date on all the hottest new softwares and we are always happy to share the training with our employees and candidates. Speak to your consultant for more details.
  • Resume/Cover Letter Preparation-MBA can assist you in preparing and proofing your resume. We suggest you let us see your resume before you begin to update it so that we can make recommendations regarding style, as well as content.

Interview Practice/Preparation-MBA preps every candidate for every interview in some way however, if interviewing is difficult for you we can offer specialized help. We actually enjoy going on interviews because we are experts! Our staff at MBA interviews dozens of applicants weekly so we know all the pitfalls and all the "right" things to say & do.
